Telephone and Voice Mail Tools Training

Communications Services is hosting a series of two-hour training sessions to introduce our customers to our online tools for efficiently ordering and managing telephone and voice mail services, accounts, and billing.

You'll learn how and when to order services, and get an overview of the printed billing statement, an introduction to our Billing, Order, & Repair Information System (BORIS), and a quick tour of our other online tools. Make a selection from the list below to sign up for an April 2009 training session.

When: Friday, April 10; Tuesday, April 21; Friday, April 24
Where: Environmental Health & Safety Building Training Room (Campus Map)
Maximum enrollment: 20 persons per session
